Please help!!! Found a baby mole or something in backyard! what do i do?

my dog found a baby mole and picked it up in its mouth and then dropped it and now it is just sitting their panting...what do i do??? will the mother come look for it?? i dont even know if it is a mole?? it has brown/black fur, very small, whiskers, little tail, paws that look like fingers and i looks like its eyes are closed! what do i do...i dont want it to die!???
