I dont know what kind of fish it is ><?

i got a fishy from wal mart i know bad idea no label just know it might be a catfish because it has whiskers. he has like zero fins they don't appear to be torn like in a fight or anything hes is black and when he swims its like his back arches when he swims i don't know if it normal or not.
