Where can you buy extra small condoms in Texas?

I only have cash so I can't do it online. I've tried all the drugstores like CVS and Walgreens but none of them carry my size, I even asked a few clerks. Are there any stores in the Dallas area that sell extra small or snugger fit condoms?
