My 4mo old kitten hs had ALL the whiskers on her his ENTIRE face cut off even with his face. What shld we do?

Whoever cut those whiskers off is a complete moron! Don't ever do that again. A cat's whiskers are ESSENTIAL for hunting and sensing the world around it. By cutting off the whiskers you have made that cat partially blind. If it were in the wild it might mean it's death. Stupid...............
