Is this a good fish tank setup?

Fancy goldfish are coldweather fish that can't live with tropicals. Plecos get too big (18 inches), Silver dollars need to be in schools of fish and also grow to big (6 inches each), don't get a catfish without a lot of research some can grow to be several feet long and are aggressive. the angel is fine but not with the fancy goldfish.
