My bf gets disgusted by sex?

we have been dating for 3 years and we re both 25.We ve never had sex together even though i ve asked.He s not a virgin and doesnt want to get married.He gets hard around me,kisses me,touches me,dry humps me etc,but all he wants is bjs.This is really affecting my feelings for him.I told him and he said he thinks sex is dirty and disgusting.I wasnt surprised because he gets disgusted by lots of things.For example,im the first girl he s kissed,he used to find kisses disgusting too.And things like drinking from the same cup etc.All these are gone now,but he still gets grossed out when it comes to sex.I cant go on like this.He refuses to see a psychologist.I dont know what else to do.
