Should i take this cat and kittens even though she has a owner?

ok so we found this skiny skinny skinny almost nothing but bones black and white cat so we started feeding her and in a few weekes we notice she was pregnet.but was still GREATLY skinny even with that big kitten belly she had these kittens under our trailor. this cat loves and we named her whiskers she loves us and we love her.now her owner clearly does not take care of her and we are moving soon. also this cat has been attacked by somthing she is hurt on her ear and bleeding so we fixed her up and its heeling. anyway back to moving, were moving soon do you think we should take them. if we dont there going to die but is it wrong to take them while they hav a owner...even though its owner dont take care of her should we take them.
